The SCALE-UP project aims to deepen and increase the acquisition of new skills in young jobseekers in order to provide them with new opportunities to position themselves in the labor market and address the project’s main priorities: strengthening youth employability and increasing the quality, innovation and recognition of youth work.

Status: Ongoing

The purpose of the project is to provide customised blended face-to-face and online training to young job seekers to acquire the essential soft skills and knowledge needed for the current labor market, to increase the quality of their job application, and to enhance their employability, with a special focus on Emotional Intelligence, Social and Emotional Skills, especially Leadership, Green Transition and Circular Economy, finally Digital Communication Skills.
